Our first #SezPKuarantined recipe is super easy to make. You can have it for breakfast, lunch or brunch and we guarantee it will put a smile on your beautiful face. All ingredients needed will probably be in your cupboard and fridge so stay calm and sandwich on.
Wow factor: ⭐⭐️⭐️
2 large eggs
Dash of salt and pepper
Handful of spinach, washed
4 pieces of toast
Make it fancy:
Dash of chilli flakes
Boil 2 eggs for 9 minutes to ensure that they come out hard-boiled.
When done, throw away the boiling water and put it under a stream of cold tap water so the eggs stop cooking and to make it easier for you to peel the eggs.
Peel your eggs and chop them into tiny bits, put in mixing bowl.
Add mayo, salt & pepper, chilli flakes and cheese to the bowl and mix well.
Spread the egg mix on toast and layer the spinach on top.
